Algeria says: resolving Libya crisis through dialogue and national reconciliation.

Algeria, 13.10.2016 - Lana - Minister for Maghreb , African union and Arab league affairs "Abdul-Kader M'sahil" , renewed Algeria's view , that solving the crisis in Libya , is based on "the political solution , dialogue and the national reconciliation". That came during a meeting by 'M'sahil' and UN envoy to Libya 'Martin Kobler' , in the capital Algiers on Thursday. The Algerian news agency said , that this meeting was under the framework of the permanent discussions between Algeria and the UN , in which they dealt with the situations in Libya , and the upcoming meetings dedicated for discussing the situations in Libya , as Niamey meeting "Niger" , scheduled on the 19th of this October. The agency quoted from M'sahil's assertion as saying , "all parties desire for a comprehensive national dialogue , in Libya and among all Libyans only , without any outside interferences", highlighting that the Libyan people ; "they are able to solve their problems by themselves , if the dialogue was real and serious without interference". =Lana=
