Brig Al Ghusseri: We offered proposal to the presidency to appoint military governor in Serte.

Tripoli, 21.08.2016(Lana) Fortified Structure spokesman, Mohamed Al
Ghussery announced that a proposal was press enter to the presidency
council to appoint a military governor to Serte after its liberation
from Da'esh.
In press statement Sunday he said
the task of the military ruler would be temporary until stability and
security are restored and enable security and military organs
exercise their role.
He said the local council and security bodies there are unable at
moment to coordinate to run the affairs of the city. He said the
military ruler will have the overall authorities over all other
agencies.
