Tripoli, 1 June 2016(Lana) The Social Council of Tuareg has called on all Libyan citizens to come together to build the homeland, and urged the finalization of the peace accord signed in Qatar between the Tuareg and Tabou tribes. Paris, 1 June 2016(Lana) The UN Envoy to Libya Martin Kobler has stressed the need for all military factions in Libya to join ranks to defeat so called State Organisation. Tripoli, 1 June 2016(Lana) The Central Bank of Libya has asked the Presidential Council of the Government of National Accord to place a ban on the new currency notes circulating at national banks. The Monetary Policies Committee of the Central Bank has concluded that currency note brought from Russia have to be banned from circulation at all commercial banks in Libya, the CBL said in a statement.
