Rio Di Janero, 7 August 2016(Lana) The Libyan marathon runner Mohamed Fouad Hreiz carried the Libyan flag at the opening of the Summer Olympics here on Saturday, as the sports community Libya struggled against odds, to ensure a presence at the international event. Red Crescent: 47 unknown bodies buried in Benghazi.

Tripoli, 07.08.2-16 - Lana - The Libyan red crescent - Benghazi branch - said that , 47 unknown bodies were buried , which were been kept in the morgue in the medical Benghazi center. Tripoli, 7 August 2016(Lana) The UN Special Envoy to Libya Martin Kobler has affirmed that the Government of National Accord was the legitimate government in Libya, and it is the one that's supported by the international community. He called for emphasis to be given to security issues, basic services for the public, and the establishment of unified army in Libya. Al Saraj: Do not Leave Libya Face Terrorism Alone.

Tripoli, 7 August 2016(Lana) The Head of the Presidential Council of the Government of National Accord Fayez Al Saraj has said that the goal of the US air strikes was to destroy positions used by the State Organisation Da'esh in Sirte, to attack forces taking part in the liberation of the city.
