Tripoli, 6 December 2108( Lana) The President of the Presidency Council Fayez Al Serraj on Wednesday visited the Kuwaiti Al Ummah Council where he was welcomed by the President of the council Marzoug Mohamed Tinyan Al Ghanem. Tripoli, 6 December 2018(Lana) The Presidency Council of the Government of National Accord has issued decision No. 1602 of 2018, allocating LD 3.5 million for the Municipality of Benghazi after the torrential rain which flooded the city.
