Tripoli, 14 January 2019 (Lana) Libya expenditure of foreign currency surpasses 19 billion dollars, from January 1 st. to December 31 st. 2018. The statement said total oil revenues reached 24.5 billion dollars while total expenditure of foreign currency for all purposes totaled 19.1 billion dollars. The statement showed that foreign currency sales for trade purposes in implementation No 1300/2018 on imposing fees on foreign currency sales totaled 5.2 of which 2.8 billion dollars for personal purposes, and 2.4 billion dollars for opening documentary credits. =... Tripoli, 14 January 2019 (Lana) Central bank statement issued Monday showed Libya's expenditure on fuel imports in 2018 totaling 4 billion dollars including 800 million dollars, which are still a standing commitment by the National Oil Corporation (NOC) in favour of Libyan Foreign Bank. Tripoli, 14 January 2019(Lana) Members of the House of Representatives from the southern region have demanded, at a meeting with the Deputy President of the Presidency Council of the Government of National Accord Ahmed Mi'tig on Sunday, that attention be given to the southern region, whose residents they said suffer lack of services in all areas.
