Addis Ababa, 11 February 2019(Lana) The UN Special Envoy to Libya Ghasan Salama and Algerian Foreign Minister Abdul Gader Msahel have discussed developments of the political situation in Libya, on the sidelines of the AU Summit in Addis Ababa. Tripoli, 10 February 2019(Lana) German Ambassador to Libya Oliver Owcza has suggested, at a meeting with the Chairman of the National Oil Company Mustafa Sun'allah, that Libyan oil engineers be sent for study in Germany.
