Valetta, 11.11.2019 - Lana - The Libyan embassy in Malta denied what's been circulated by the 'Maltese Times' news paper yesterday about a secret agreement between Libya and Malta, indicating the returning of illegal-immigrants to Libya. The embassy in a statement today, reassured that while there is no any secret agreements between the two governments, they are cooperating in a transparent and trustful way about the illegal-immigration, and trafficking activities through the Mediterranean sea, within the framework of 5+5 partnership and according to international humanitarian law. ... UNHCR: More Than 300000 Libyans Displaced Internally by Armed Clashes.

Tripoli, 11 November 2019(Lana) The United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees has said that more than 300000 Libyans are internally displaced, while 440000 have returned to their homes over the last years. The UN Commission disclosed that more than 44000 illegal migrants and asylum seekers are registered with it in Libya, and more than 44000 are in detention camps belonging to the Commission.
