Smuggling- combat Unit of Zwara Rescues Illegal Migrants East of Mellita.

Tripoli, 3 August 2020(Lana) The Anti-Smuggling Unit, Zwara which is affiliated to the Marine Operations Office of the General Department for Combating Illegal Migration, has rescued a number of illegal migrants, who it said were on a wooden boat, and sent a SOS, 18 miles east of Mellita. According to the GNA Interior Ministry website, 20 illegal migrants, who were of Arab and African nationalities, have been rescued.
