Misrata and Zantan Agree on Freeze of Fighting in Western Libya.

Alasbaa, 22 February 2015(Lana) The Mayor of the town of Al Asabaa Saad Al Shartaa has said that an agreement had been struck by the local councils of Misrata and Zantan, calling for a freeze of fighting in the western region.
