The institution according to those on charge aims at carrying out research and media studies, training workshops related to media fields and contribution to producing media syllabuses. Al-Taher Mukhtar Eshbian was released Tuesday evening few hours after his kidnapping. According to the source, gunmen on two tainted-window vehicles intercepted Col Eshbian before a school at down town Sebha as he drove his son to school, they drove him at gunpoint into undisclosed destination.
