Tripoli : 15. 3. 2015 - Lana - The city of Sirte witnesses cautious calm after heavy clashes that took place between Battalion ''166 '' commissioned by General Staff to secure the city of Sirte on one side and an armed group associates itself with ( ISIS ) on the other . Commander of the battalion , '' Mohamed Al-Hesaan '' said in a statement , Sunday that the final score of the clashes were about ( 23 ) dead of the armed group , while there were two martyrs from the battalion side. Tripoli, 15.03.2015 (Lana) President of Libya Dignatory Council for Reconciliation, Mohamed Al-Mbasher has announced that the council would not take part in any political or security dialogue outside the homeland. Al-Mbasher told Lana that a meeting was convened between the council and Libyan regions' coordinators during which they agreed not to take part in any meeting to be held outside Libya. Tripoli : 15. 3. 2015 - Lana - Director of Security Directorate in Janzour Colonel , '' Mahmoud Ashour '' said that one policeman was killed and three others were hurt in by an explosive device which targeted Al-Gheran Gate in Janzour .
