Water Resources Ministry Says Water Supplies to the Capital to be Restored in Next 48 Hours.

Tripoli, 7 May 2015(Lana) The NSG Ministry of Water Resources has said that water supplies would be restored to households in the capital within the next 48 hours. A Ministry spokesman attributed the disruption of water supplies in some quarters of the capital to a lack of sufficient water in the main depots, to meet the needs for consumption. The shortfall in supplies was due to the policies followed by the Man-made River authorities, said Suleiman Aboud, indicating that the water reaching the depot were estimated at 900000 cubic meters daily whereas the city's...
