Clashes Erupt Between Brigade 166 and ISIS East of Sirte.

Tripoli, 20 May 2105(Lana) The Head of the Local Council of Sirte Muftah Al Sewei has confirmed that clashes involving heavy weapons have erupted at dawn on Wednesday between the Brigade 166 and so called ISIS group in the city.
