A father and daughter killed in a warplane attack west of Sirte.

Tripoli, 24.05.2015 - (Lana) - Yesterday Saturday , a warplane had bombarded a residential area in 'Za'afaran' area west of Sirte , which resulted in killing a father and his daughter , as well as seriously injuring two others from the same family , for that they were taken to the intensive care unit in the hospital. UN Demands Support for 15 Million Displaced in Iraq and Syria.

Za'atri Camp, Jordan, 24 May 2105(Lana) The UN High Commissioner for Refugees Antonio Gotris has said that there was a need for a more vigorous international effort to support 15 million people displaced by war in Iraq and Syria. 'We have more than 4 million registered Syrian refugees in the neighboring countries, Gotris told the Davos Economic Forum meeting in the Dead Sea, Jordan.
