GNC Decides to Continue Consultations on Possible Amending of Political Draft.

Tripoli, 2 July 2015(Lana) The General National Congress has decided that it would continue to consider amendments on the draft for political agreement in Libya which was presented at the dialogue session underway in the Moroccan city of Al Skheirat. In a statement on Wednesday, the GNC said the draft did not contain the fundamental changes which the GNC requested, saying they were essential for success of the talks and preserving the gains of the Feb 17 Revolution. Ghiryan, 02.07.2015(Lana) Sheikh Taher Al-Zawi Charity in collaboration with Ayedi Al-Khair Committee in Ghiryan municipality distributed Thursday morning food baskets to families displaced in Ghiryan which came from areas affected by security tension. British Ambassador: Solution is in the Hands of Libyans.

Tripoli, 2 July 2105(Lana) The British Ambassador to Libya Peter Millet has said that solution of Libya's crisis is in the hands of Libyans. The proper way of dealing with terrorism and illegal migration is to support dialogue between Libyans to form a national consensus government, he said.
