Tripoli, 5 August 2015(Lana) The National Salvation Governemnt was set to start releasing allocations of the second section of the 2015 general budget, to municipalities which have completed the needed documents, the Minister of Local Governemnt announced. Muhaned Younis said in press statements the delay in releasing the allocations was caused by failure by some municipalities to settle their financial records on time. The source attributed the crowds at petrol stations to frequent power outing and lack of generators at the stations.
