Fuel Tanker Docks at Mersa Al Breiga Terminal.

Al Breiga, 10 August 2105(Lana) A tanker carrying 420 million liters of fuel has docked at the Mersa Al Breiga terminal to unload its cargo from Al Zawiya terminal. The badly needed fuel will be distributed in and around the region of Ajdabiaya and the Crescent area. UN sources: postponing the Libyan political dialogue in Geneva till tomorrow Tuesday.

Geneva, 10.08.2015 - (Lana) - UN sources confirmed , that the Libyan political dialogue which was scheduled today Monday in the UN headquarters in Geneva , had been postponed till tomorrow Tuesday , to wait for the arrival of participating delegation in the dialogue sessions. It was scheduled for the Libyan dialogue to resume today in the Swiss city , under the UNSMIL auspices. It's expected that the UNSMIL chief during this round , will hold separate discussions with the Libyan rivals participating in the dialogue , but it's not clear yet , whether the Libyan parties will hold... Egyptian Security Foil Attempt by 105 to Infiltrate into Libya.

Cairo, 10 August 2105(Lana) Egyptian security bodies at Mersa Matrouh have managed to thwart an attempt by 105 persons to infiltrate into Libya through desert routes in the Saloum border region. Electricity Company: Load-Shedding Hours Fewer Compared to Last Days.

Tripoli, 10 August 2105(Lana) The General Electricity Company has announced that due to the maintenance work on generation units at power stations the load-shedding hours would be less than experienced in the last days. Maintenance teams have managed to get gas-operated generation units at Al Khoms and the eastern region back in operation, the Company said on its website. The first is contributing 130 megawatts to the national grid while the eastern region units more than 50 megawatts, which will positively impact the network and reduces power outing hours, it said. ... Study: Libya Has More Than 48 Billion Barrels of Oil Reserves.

Tripoli, 10 August 2105(Lana) Libya had approximately 48.470 billion barrels of oil reserves, a study by the Barclays Bank has disclosed. The Study showed that Libya and 4 Arab states Saudi Arabia, UAE, Kuwait and Iraq have 610 billion barrels of reserves. According to the study Venezuela is at the top of the list with the world's biggest oil reserves of 297 billion barrels, followed by Saudi Arabia and Canada. =... Read more
