Libyan Red Crescent Offer Food Assistance to 280 Displaced Families.

Tarhuna, 18 August 2015(Lana) The Libyan Red Crescent Society Tarhuna branch has offered food assistance to 280 displaced families in the city. The Secretary of the society's branch Mustafa Abu Zweiyda told Lana the assistance was part of branch's relief programme for an estimated 1200 families in Tarhuna. Rome, 18 August 2105(Lana) Italian media sources spoke of a government plan to offer support to the government of national unity anticipated in Libya shortly, that included a peace-keeping force, training of the Libyan army as well as financial assistance. Tripoli, 17.08.2015(Lana) Italian Foreign Minister, Paolo Gentiloni has warned against the transfer of Libya into another Somalia unless an accord is struck by Libyans through the ongoing UN sponsored peace talks. Death due to heat wave in Egypt risen to 98 people.

Cairo, 17.08.2015(Lana) Egyptian Ministry of Health announced Monday that deaths due to heat wave sweeping Egypt have risen to 98 people following the death of two elderly Sunday in Cairo.
