Tripoli, 10 September 2015(Lana) The Head of the Reform and Rehabilitation Department in Al Hadhba Khalid Al Sharif said the explosion which went off near the department was a threatening message to the workers. He said the incident was likely to be in response to the sentences issued against a number of former regime loyalists, and added they would continue to investigate and would respond forcefully against the perpetrators.
