Tripoli, 06.12.2015(Lana) General national congress (GNC) and House of Representatives (HoR) delegations signed National Accord Principles Declarations to address political crisis, following their meeting in Tunis. The signed agreement includes return to constitutional legitimacy represented by the constitution issued in 1951, and prepare climate for constitutional elections within two years.
