UNSMIL urges Libyan parties to sustain ceasefire

US Renews Advice to Nationals Against Travelling to Libya

Tunisian authorities foils narcotics smuggling operation

Tunis, 21 January 2015(Lana) Tunisian Customs authorities have foiled a narcotics trafficking operation into Libya, the second in less than ten days.\nTunisian news agency reported Tuesday that members of the border customs office at the Ras Jadier Lobyan-Tunisian common border crossing point seized 143 pieces of narcotics hidden in a car with Foriegn number plates and driven by a citizen of a neighbouring country.\nThe agency did not disclose the nationality of the arrested person nor that of the other suspected individual.\nThe drug weighs 34.562 kg it said.\nThe disclosure comes after...
