Tripoli, August 4, 2025 (LANA) – The High National Elections Commission (HNEC) set Saturday, August 16, as the official date for voting in the municipal council elections (Group Two), which include 51 municipalities across Libya.The HNEC stated in a statement on its official page that it had issued (23) decisions from the HNEC Council to implement the stages of the electoral process despite significant challenges.
