Saraj: Libya in-need to rehabilitate the militias to be merged in police , army , and other services.

Tripoli, 04.11.2016 - Lana - Head of presidential council of the
national accord government 'NAG' "Fayez Saraj" , asserted that Libya
is in-need to rehabilitate the militias , and to merge them in the
army , police , presidential guard or the municipality guards , and
even in the oil institutions' guards.
Saraj in press statements , said that some of militia elements in
Libya have regular military numbers , and ready to cooperate , and
there are armed criminal groups with no solution form them , but to
fight them , as well as the militias with political background , that
cannot deal with them.
