Tripoli, August 14, 2024 (LANA) - The Supreme Commander of the Libyan Army, the two deputies of the Presidential Council, Abdullah Al-Lafi and Musa Al-Koni, held an extraordinary meeting today, Wednesday, with a number of military and security leaders, according to a statement by the Presidential Council.

During the meeting, the military and security leaders provided the Supreme Commander, according to the Council, with a comprehensive briefing on the security and military situation in the country.
