Mnifi meets with Norland.

Tripoli, August 08, 2024 (LANA) - The President of the Presidential Council, Mohammed Al-Mnifi, met today, Thursday, at the Council's headquarters in Tripoli, with the Special Envoy of the US President, "Richard Norland".
The media office of the Presidential Council said, that the meeting focused on the latest political, economic and security developments, advancing the political process, and the efforts of the President of the Council to communicate with all parties with the aim of reaching the elections that all Libyans aspire to.
The meeting also discussed the necessity of working with a clear financial mechanism to monitor and rationalize spending and increase disclosure and transparency, while emphasizing adherence to national sovereignty in managing resources.
