Tripoli, June 5, 2024 (LANA) - First Deputy Speaker of the House of Representatives, Fawzi Al-Nuwairi, discussed with the Russian Ambassador to Libya, Haider Aghanen, today, Wednesday, bilateral relations and the political process in Libya.

The Russian embassy said on its account on X that the meeting discussed the situation in the Libyan political process, in particular unifying the efforts of the Libyans to find a solution to the political crisis.

She added that the two sides discussed during the meeting Russian-Libyan bilateral parliamentary relations and cooperation in the economic and social fields between the two countries.
