Yaoundé, 10 February 2024 (Lana): The Undersecretary for Political Affairs at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation in the Government of National Unity, Mohamed Issa, met yesterday in the Cameroonian capital, Yaoundé, with the Minister Delegate of the Cameroonian Ministry of Foreign Affairs in charge of the Commonwealth, Felix Mbayo.

The meeting, which was attended by the directors of the departments concerned with the Cameroonian Foreign Ministry and the delegation accompanying the Undersecretary, discussed ways to strengthen and develop Libyan-Cameroonian relations.

During the visit, Issa inaugurated the new headquarters of the Libyan embassy in the presence of a number of heads of African missions accredited to Cameroon.

The inauguration of the headquarters coincided with a reception at the Libyan Embassy in Yaoundé, held by the head of the Libyan Audit Bureau, Khaled Shakshak, for the heads of the African SAIs, on the occasion of the launch of the activities of the 59th meeting of the Executive Council of the African Organization of Supreme Audit Institutions (AFROSAI). , which is organized and headed by the Libyan Audit Bureau.
