Tripoli, December 3, 2023 (LANA) - The President of the Presidential Council, “Mohamed Al-Manfi,” met this Sunday morning at the Council’s headquarters, the President of the Audit Bureau, “Khaled Shakshak.”
The Presidential Council reported that the meeting discussed ways to strengthen the auditing role of the Audit Bureau, in order to achieve planned and effective control over public money and verify its proper use and how to dispose of it in the required manner, as the President of the Council directed the necessity of following up on public spending in accordance with the principle of financial prudence and fair distribution.
