Tripoli, December 3, 2023 (LANA) - The new European Union Ambassador to Libya, “Nicola Orlando,” reaffirmed the Union’s continued support for the unity, stability and prosperity of Libya.
This came in a statement by "Orlando" on the "X" platform today, Sunday, after his meeting with the President of the Presidential Council, "Mohamed Al-Manfi" in the capital, Tripoli, during which he discussed a wide range of topics central to the growing partnership between the European Union and Libya.
The European ambassador added in his tweet, saying that he "encouraged all concerned parties to participate in the initiative of UN envoy Abdullah Batili."
