US Embassy announces the opening of applications for the CPAIG.

Tripoli, 2 December 2023 (Lana) The U.S. Embassy in Libya announced the opening of applications for the Cultural Property Agreement Implementation Grant (CPAIG).
The embassy stated on its Facebook page that the program aims to enhance efforts under the bilateral Memorandum of Understanding between the two countries to preserve and safeguard Libya’s rich cultural heritage.
The embassy called on NGOs, museums, and similar institutions and organizations that work in the area of cultural heritage protection in Libya to apply, and the deadline to submit concept notes is January 10, 2024.
