Minister of Finance meets with the finance ministers of three countries to settle their debts to Libya.

Washington, October 13, 2023 (LANA) - Today, Friday, the Minister of Finance of the Government of National Unity, Khaled Al-Mabrouk, held bilateral meetings with the finance ministers of the countries of Slovenia, Gambia, and Bosnia, on the sidelines of the annual meetings of the Bank Group and the International Monetary Fund.
The Ministry of Finance stated that during these meetings aspects of joint cooperation with those countries were discussed, and issues related to the settlement of debts owed to the State of Libya by the aforementioned countries were discussed.
The Ministry added that positive results have been achieved that will contribute to increasing the level of foreign debt collection for the benefit of the Libyan state.
