Tripoli, October 3, 2023 (LANA) - The Governor of the Central Bank of Libya discussed with the Chargé d'Affaires of the British Embassy in Libya, Catherine Wilde, the role that the World Bank can play to help deal with the reconstruction of the effects resulting from disasters, due to its experience, expertise, and capabilities. in dealing with these issues, as happened in other countries.

This came during Al-Kabeer’s meeting yesterday, Monday, in his office in Tripoli, with Catherine Wilde, in the presence of the economic advisor at the embassy, Simon Field, who discussed the process of unifying the Central Bank, the steps and procedures taken in this regard, and the embassy’s support for it.
