Tripoli, June 15, 2023 (LANA) - The President of the Presidential Council, "Muhammad Al-Manfi" and the deputy in the Council, "Musa Al-Koni", met today, Thursday, the Governor of the Central Bank of Libya, "Al-Siddiq Al-Kabeer".

Al-Kabeer briefed the Council on his meetings in Washington with officials of the International Monetary Fund, and the Fund's reports on the Central Bank's performance in managing the country's financial affairs, according to what the Presidential Council published on its official Facebook page.

During the meeting, public spending was followed up and the importance of emphasizing the principle of transparency and disclosure of government expenditures, and the issuance of reports in this regard.
