Tripoli, March 27, 2023 (LANA) - The German Ambassador to Libya, "Michael Unmacht", welcomed the efforts of the UN envoy to Libya, "Abdullah Batili" to establish peace and strengthen the unity of Libya.

This came in a tweet published by "Unmacht" through its account on the "Twitter" website, following the meeting held by the military and security leaders from the east and west of the country in Tripoli on Sunday, under the auspices of the UN envoy, "Abdullah Batili."

"I strongly encourage all leaders to work together for the Libyan people and benefit from the good services provided by the Special Representative of the Secretary-General of the United Nations," said Unmacht, stressing that Libyans deserve a life in peace and security.
