Al-Mangoush meets Iran's ambassador to Libya.

Tripoli, March 12, 2023 (LANA) - Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, Najla Al-Mangoush, met, Sunday, with Iran's ambassador to Libya, Mohamed Reza.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs revealed on its Facebook account that the meeting dealt with ways to strengthen bilateral relations, and discussed the activation of the joint economic committee between the two countries and the start of arrangements for the return of the Iranian embassy and its work from Tripoli.

The meeting also touched on developments in regional and international issues, during which the minister renewed Libya's welcome of the restoration of Saudi-Iranian relations, appreciating this positive step, because of its benefit and importance for stability in the region.
