Spokesman for the US State Department: We are ready to provide technical assistance to find a transparent management of oil revenues in Libya.

New York, February 05, 2023 (LANA) - A spokesman for the US State Department, "Samuel Warburg," called for the need to find a transparent management of oil revenues in Libya through which the aspirations of the Libyan people can be achieved.

Warburg said in press statements that this administration should include an agreement mechanism on expenditures that are a priority for transparency measures and steps to ensure oversight and accountability.

The spokesman stressed that his country is ready to provide technical assistance if there is a request from the Libyan parties to contribute to the establishment of a mechanism of this kind. Pointing out that the United States of America is interested in economic and oil cooperation with Libya.
