Supreme Committee for Dispute Resolution holds its first meeting.

Tripoli 1 February 2023 (Lana) The Supreme Committee for Dispute Resolution devoted its first meeting held yesterday, at the headquarters of the Ministry of Justice, to discuss the basic provisions of the committee's work in resolving disputes, in a way that contributes in preserving the civil peace and taking the necessary measures to address its effects.

It's noteworthy that the committee works under the direct supervision of the Prime Minister, as it was formed pursuant to Resolution No. 163 of 2022, headed by the Minister of Justice, Halima Al-Busaifi, and the membership of the Ministers of Foreign Affairs, Local Government, the Undersecretary of the Ministry of Justice for Judicial Police Affairs, and the Undersecretary of the Ministry of Interior for the public Affairs.
