The Office of Information and Communication stated that the Head of International Governmental Affairs, "Josh," confirmed the desire of ConocoPhillips to continue investing in Libya, and that it is ready to provide technical assistance, as the conditions in Libya are improving.
In turn, the Minister of Oil and Gas briefed the company's officials on the history of the Libyan oil sector and the mechanisms of joint cooperation between international companies operating in Libya.
