Tripoli, December 4, 2022 (LANA) - Today, Sunday, the President of the Presidential Council, Muhammad Al-Manfi, received members of the Preparatory Committee for the Constitutional Track Conference, which includes a group of political, social and civil parties and forces.
The committee handed the President of the Presidential Council a copy of the constitutional rule that resulted from the conference, and the developments in the political scene and the obstacles that prevent the completion of the electoral process were discussed, to end all transitional stages.
