Tripoli, August 16, 2022 (LANA) - Head of the Supreme Council of State, Khaled Al-Mashri, met today, Tuesday, in the Turkish capital, Ankara, with Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlut Cavusoglu.

  The meeting, which was attended by Council members Hammad Brikao and Noureddine Sultan and the Chargé d'Affairs at the Libyan Embassy Abdullah Shaaban, discussed ways to develop cooperation between the two countries in all fields, and efforts to resolve the political crisis in the country.

During the meeting, the Turkish Minister "Cavusoglu" reiterated his country's continued support for Libya to overcome the political crisis and achieve permanent stability in the country.
