In a statement obtained by (LANA): Tripoli demonstrations demand the dissolution of the existing political bodies, the acceleration of presidential and parliamentary elections, and the departure of mercenaries and foreign forces.

Tripoli, July 01, 2022 (LANA) - Demonstrators demanded in Al-Shuhada Square in the center of the capital, Tripoli, this Friday evening, the dissolution of all existing political bodies and the acceleration of the presidential and parliamentary elections.

  This came in a statement in the name of the movement (Baltris Youth Movement - Friday cry of youth - Tripoli, Benghazi, Sabha).

The statement obtained by the Libyan News Agency said that in view of the current dire political and service conditions, and in implementation of the will of the patriotic youth in all parts of the country, the basic demands of the youth cry Friday are (accelerating the presidential and parliamentary elections - authorizing the Presidential Council to dissolve all political bodies and declaring a state of emergency - solving the electricity crisis, and clarifying the facts to the people - cancellation of the proposed decision to lift fuel subsidies, and adjust the size and price of a loaf of bread - the departure of mercenaries and all foreign forces in the east, west and south of the homeland.
