UN Consider Moving \'Geneva Dialogue\' Venue to Libya.

Tripoli, 20 January 2015(Lana) The UN mission in Libya UNSMIL on Monday announced that consultations were underway with parties to the Libyan conflict, to move the second round of the Geneva dialogue to a venue inside Libya.\n \'Consultations were being conducted to determine a venue for the meeting inside Libya, UNSMIL said, indicating that all participants had agreed to give priority to holding the talks inside Libya once the security and logistical conditions existed.\n UNSMIL stressed in a statement the need for acceleration holding of the meeting.\n The General National Congress on Sunday, however, decided to take part in the dialogue sessions provided that they take place inside Libya, and insisted that it would not take part if the dialogue continued to be held at the UN headquarters in Geneva.\n =Lana=
