EU urges belligerents in Libya to return to dialogue .

Brussels, 7 January 2015 (Lana) The EU expressed Tuesday its regrets over postponement of national dialogue which was due Monday between parties to the conflict in Libya under the auspices of the UN and called for quick return for the talks.\n Catherine Ray spokesperson for the EU Foreign Affairs and Security policy said; \"We encourage parties concerned to return to the talks as soon as possible and participate on it constructively\".\n The spokesperson renewed EU consistent stance on the significance of inclusive national dialogue among various Libyan sides. She underlined the EU conviction that dialogue alone would secure a solution to the Libyan crisis.\n The postponement of Libyan talks is the third of its kind of the expected round of talks sponsored by the UN. The talks were postponed twice before December 9 and 16 to give room for further consultations to the UN envoy with parties to the crisis in the country.\n
