GNC Accuses Parties of Stalling Anticipated Dialogue in Libya .

\n \n Tripoli, 6 January 2015(Lana) The General National Congress has accused parties it did not name of sabotaging the efforts aimed at convening a dialogue on Jan. 5 either by constant air bombing or by placing political obstacles in the way which negatively impacted the international mediators to set up communications between the rival parties.\n In a statement it issued on Monday, the GNC presidential office said \'in spite of all this the Congress asserts that it will move forward to make the dialogue efforts succeed, as an option to resolve the crisis, and to ensure the security and stability of the country in line with principles and policies declared previously by the congress.\n IT said the Congress has postively reacted to all calls for dialogue in Libya to redress the current crisis including the last initiative by UNSMIL.\n It referred to the workshops set up by the Congress with political elites , civil organisations and representatives of revolutionaries and families of the martyrs to prepare for the anticipated dialogue.\n
