Ministry of Oil and Gas meeting

\nTripoli, 24.02.2014(Lana) Abroad meeting was held Monday at the bureau of the Ministry of Oil and Gas in Tripoli.\nThe meeting included the acting Minister of Oil and gas, Omar Al-Chokmak and several head of departments and bureaus at the ministry.\nThe meeting focused on the discussion of several topics related to the activities of the oil and gas sector.\nThey also discussed the activities of the various individual departments listening to reports that speak about the difficulties hampering the work of some departments.\nEmphases were made on putting in place the appropriate solutions by rallying the efforts of all to ease the difficulties.\nThe participants in the meeting expressed their concern over the situation at oil fields and ports such as closure of some and sit-ins in others leading to dwindling production of as low as 300,000 barrels per day.\n=Lana=\n
