Fezzan University Prepares for International Scientific Symposium

Sabha, November 1, 2026 (LANA) – Fezzan University, in a meeting held at its headquarters, continued preparations for the international scientific symposium entitled: “Fezzan in the Writings of Travelers During the 19th Century AD (Historical, Spatial, Economic, and Social Approaches).”
The meeting, chaired by the Vice President for Academic Affairs, Ibrahim Al-Mahdi, and attended by the Secretary General, the Registrar, deans of faculties, and directors of departments and centers, discussed the progress of studies in the faculties and the quality assurance file.
The attendees also discussed preparations for the scientific conference on roads and traffic safety, as well as the work plan of the Community Service and Environmental Development Office and its activities to be implemented during the current semester, Fall 2026.
