Tripoli, October 28, 2026 (LANA) – Taher Al-Baour, who is tasked with managing the affairs of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation in the Government of National Unity, discussed with Ulrika Richardson, Deputy Special Representative of the UN Secretary-General and Humanitarian Coordinator in Libya, the enhancement of cooperation and coordination between Libya and the international organization.

According to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the meeting addressed ways to strengthen cooperation and coordination between Libya and the United Nations, as well as support for joint programs and projects—all aimed at addressing humanitarian needs and bolstering development and capacity-building efforts.
