Tripoli, October 28, 2026 (LANA) – The Central Bank of Libya has invited commercial banks to subscribe to the 36th issuance (2026) of *Mudaraba Mutlaqa* (unrestricted *Mudaraba*) certificates of deposit, in accordance with the procedures and regulations established for previous issuances.
In a statement posted on its official page this Wednesday, the Central Bank clarified that the subscription is subject to the timeframes and maturity dates specified in the subscription announcement for this particular issuance.
