Tripoli, October 18, 2026 (LANA) – Prosecutor General Al-Siddiq Al-Sour met with the French Ambassador to Libya, Thierry Vallat, on the sidelines of the official opening ceremony of the third edition of the International Book Fair.
The French Embassy in Libya stated, in a post on its official page, that the fair was held at the Criminal Research and Training Center, which operates under the Office of the Prosecutor General.
The Embassy welcomed the organization of the fair, emphasizing the importance of books and culture in fostering the exchange of knowledge and supporting learning.
The Embassy further noted that the Ambassador expressed his pleasure in meeting with the Prosecutor General and engaging in conversation with him on this occasion.
